A Cohr Danish silver sugar castor, adorned with beaded trimming, stands on a circular base. The piece features a bulbous body that narrows slightly at the neck and then flares out, culminating in a finely hand-pierced and engraved lid. This pull-off lid is crowned with a decorative finial. The smooth body of the castor eschews elaborate ornamentation, suggesting a preference for a clean, simple design. The base and the cap rim are encircled by a cohesive beaded motif, enhancing the castor's elegant appearance.
